Masalah: Hello most of the problem has been solved by MySejahtera because we We can let the user book appointment for the future but the problem is that there I don't think it's a It's friendly to all people how people wait low you know that doesn't really know how to use technology so yeah maybe we need to redesign that
Idea: For all people maybe 50 years old and above If they want we can let them talk to an AI tell them what's their problem and the AI will help them book their next appointment Also it should be able to tell them where they should go at what time and what should they bring Should they be fasting or whatever
